BD9423EFV is a high efficiency driver for white LEDsand designed for large LCD panel. This IC is built-in highcurrent drive and high responsibility type 6ch LEDdrivers and 1ch boost DCDC converter. BD9423EFV hassome protect function against fault conditions, such asthe over-voltage protection (OVP), LED OPEN andSHORT protection, the over current limit protection ofDCDC (OCP).

Therefore BD9423EFV is available for thefail-safe design over a wide range output voltage.Moreover the functions and the detection voltage can becontrolled by the I2C. This enables for the constantsetting of external parts to be shared by I2C control,nevertheless the different usage condition.
